Is it possible you typed in the incorrect hand number when you submitted for the Royal Flush Bonus in Player Admin? If I were you I'd reply to their email and ask them which of those 4 reasons disqualifies the hand.

This one should qualify because the other player was still in the game when the Royal Flush cards were turned over, even if they folded later. Liam has clarified this point before, and I haven't heard of it being retracted.

Nope. That is the actual hand number. And yes, I would like to get a clarification on the rules.

The only thing that I can figure is that the hand must go to a complete showdown, i.e., all remaining hands must be shown at the end. However, it doesn't say that in the rules.

If you dont get it because u need it to get to showdown is pretty stupid of the site. Isnt this wut got some people in trouble from like the Christmas promo...they were checking down their royal flush or sometin.....

And the site said to not to check down those hands lol.....as far as I see it you should $25 in ur acct....r u sure u submitted it in time?

Yep, it was submitted in time. I am not upset about the measly 25 bucks. Just annoyed about the lack of clarity in the rules.
